Description

Set in a Berlin nightclub as the 1920s draw to a close, Cabaret explores the dark and tumultuous life of Berlin’s natives and expatriates as Germany slowly yields to the emerging Third Reich. While the Master of Ceremonies assures the audience that they will forget all their troubles at the Cabaret, Cliff, a young American writer, is immediately taken by English singer Sally Bowles. Meanwhile, Fräulein Schneider, proprietor of Cliff and Sally’s boarding house, tentatively begins a romance with Herr Schultz, a mild-mannered Jewish fruit seller.

Please note: there will be no late seating.

Content warning: This show contains sexual and provocative situations, drug and alcohol use, and violence, as well as portrayals of antisemitic language and Nazi imagery.
