The Department of English at Duke University is pleased to present Blackburn Festival: The Mackey Sessions, a multi-day multi-venue poetry festival centered around music and myth in the work of Nate Mackey. The festival starts on Thursday evening, September 20 and ends with a brunch-time event the following Saturday.
The festival’s Friday evening event—keynote readings with musical accompaniment, followed by a reception with wine, beer, and desserts—will be in the Ruby Lounge. All other events are at The Mezzanine at The Durham Hotel—see the full schedule.
