Description

Do you combine the arts and science together in your work? Are you fascinated by how art and science can be intertwined? Do you want to figure out how to approach your work in an interdisciplinary fashion?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, you have an interest in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Humanities, and Mathematics)!

Across Duke’s campus there are many of us doing innovative work combining STEM, the Arts, and the Humanities. These projects have helped us create new ideas, new approaches to problems, and opened our eyes to different perspectives.

Now, we want to come together and share how Duke does STEAM!

Join us for the 2019 Duke STEAM Forum—a lively afternoon of interactive discussions and STEAM-themed activities to explore what we do with STEAM at Duke & what our goals are for our scholarship, our collaborations, and our classrooms.
