Open To The Public
1600 Vine (on the corner of Hollywood and Vine) is the real-life home to social media's biggest stars: YouTubers, former Viners and Instagram influencers.
In this original pop-rock musical, we meet 10 would-be residents of the building, grappling with just how much influence they have over Generation Z while trying to stay real through all of the fake-ness of the entertainment industry. Featuring an original book by senior Jackson Prince, and original music, lyrics and orchestrations by 10 Duke students, you won’t want to miss the chance to experience the first-ever performances of “1600 Vine: A New Musical.”
Performances are 4/21 at 7 PM, 4/22 at 9 PM and 4/23 at 8 PM. Tickets are FREE, and seating will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
